Flyers baseball put on pause due to positive COVID-19 test

The University of Dayton baseball team is on pause because of a positive COVID-19 test within the program.

The games that have been affected so far are: April 20 at Akron, April 23, 24 (doubleheader at Day Air Ballpark) and 25 against Saint Louis, and April 28 against Eastern Kentucky.

With a record of 14-23, the Flyers are next scheduled to travel to Richmond to face the Spiders in a 4-game series May 7-9.

The Flyers’ second Day Air Ballpark outing has been pushed back to being a doubleheader Friday, May 21 against at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.
