Hazmat On Scene of Oil Spill in Great Miami River

Hazmat crews are investigating an oil slick in the Great Miami River.
After a passerby reported the spill, the Dayton Fire Department arrived to place a device in the water preventing further spreading overnight.
The source of the oil is still unknown.
