A lot of our past playlists, while they were beautiful, were comprised of music from the last 20 years. Offering to participate in my first playlist for Flyer News, I had to incorporate the euphonious songs from the past. Not every single one is by an artist past their prime but, the majority of the playlist consists of such. As properly titled, this playlist is soulful, including artists like Al Green, James Brown, Aretha Franklin and Bill Withers. The newer songs are by artists such as Amy Winehouse, Solange and Childish Gambino. Enjoy!
