It’s been known for a while now that Williams was planning on transferring. But on Monday, he revealed his destination. In a tweet earlier that day, he thanked his former fans, coaches, managers and teammates, stating, “You guys have been there through the ups and downs…You guys have influenced my life in a positive way, and I’ll cherish the memories we made as a team.”
As for Policelli, Dayton offered him a scholarship in January and hosted him on a visit on April 15, but he just now verbally committed to Dayton. He hails from New Hartford, N.Y. and is a three-star recruit in his class, according to 247Sports.com.

A fun fact about Policelli is that he played alongside current freshman forward Obadiah Toppin on the New York Jayhawks AAU basketball team. He also is one of three student-athletes to be offered a scholarship from Long Island Lutheran.
Policelli joins two other members of the 2018 class, Dwayne Cohill and Jhery Matos, all of whom add much needed depth to a Flyer squad who is losing five players due to transferring or going pro.
The Flyers bring back four of five starters from a year ago and still have four scholarships available to for the 2018-2019 season.
