The Apple Awards are annual recognitions given to distinguished members of the College Media Association (CMA). According to the CMA’s website, the Apple Awards “are named in honor David L. Adams, a longtime College Media Advisers stalwart and adviser at Indiana University, who died in 2007.”
Winners of the 2020 Apple Awards were announced March 13, 2020 at the College Media Association conference in New York City.
Representatives of Flyer News were not present at the conference as it took place just days following the university’s cancelation of all university-sponsored student travel.
