University officials now say the alleged move-in weekend rapes occurred between the two same students at two distinct locations on the same night, in under an hour and 45 minutes.

According to new information from university officials, the first alleged incident reportedly happened at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 20, on the 400 block of Kiefaber Street in a non-university owned residence. The second alleged incident occurred on the same morning between 12:30 and 2:13 a.m. in the Caldwell Apartments, according to Randall Groesbeck, a UD police major and director of administration and security for the Department of Public Safety.

Using information from the public crime log, Flyer News originally reported the date of the Kiefaber Street incident as around midnight on Saturday, Aug. 18.

Greg Flannagan, a spokesman from the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s office, said this week that UD police were cooperating in the review of the case.
